How to Fix Pixel Buds Settings Not Showing Up
First, check that your Pixel Buds are properly connected to your device via Bluetooth. If they are not connected, you may not be able to see the settings.
If your Pixel Buds are connected and you still cannot see the settings, perform the steps below.
- Forget the Pixel Buds in the Bluetooth settings
- Clear cache and data for Pixel Buds app
- Clear cache and data for Google app
- Clear cache for Google Play Services
- Reconnect (Re-pair) your Pixel Buds
1. Forget the Pixel Buds in the Bluetooth settings
Turn on Bluetooth on your Android device. And then open Settings > Connected devices > tap Settings icon ⚙️ next to your Pixel Buds’ name > tap Forget

2. Clear cache and data for Pixel Buds app
Go to Settings on your phone > Apps > Pixel Buds > Storage & cache > Clear cache and then Clear Storage
3. Clear cache and data for Google app
Go to Settings on your phone > Apps > Google > Storage & cache > Clear cache and then Clear Storage
4. Clear cache for Google Play Services
Go to Settings on your phone > Apps > Google Play services > Storage & cache > Clear cache
5. Reconnect or Re-pair Your Pixel Buds
Now, re-pair your Pixel Buds with your compatible device. After doing so, you’ll be able to see and manage all the Pixel Buds settings like in the screenshot below.

For Google Pixel phones, this app is pre-installed.
Once you have the app installed, make sure your Pixel Buds are connected to your device via Bluetooth. Then, open the Pixel Buds app on your phone and you should be able to access the settings for your earbuds.
