Setting Up Hourly Reminders on iPhone (iOS 18)
- Launch the Reminders app on your iPhone and select a list of your choice, or create a new one by tapping ‘Add List’
- Now, create a new reminder by tapping the plus (+) icon and entering a title like ‘Drink Water’
- Tap on the information icon (i)

- Toggle on both ‘Date‘ and Time‘
- Tap Repeat and select Hourly from the list of options

Setting Up Hourly Reminders on Mac (macOS Sequoia 15)
- Launch the Reminders app
- Create a new reminder using the plus (+) icon
- Input the reminder details and click information icon (i)
- Check ‘On a Day‘ and ‘At a Time‘ to set date and time for your reminder
- Now click Repeat > Custom > Frequency > Hourly
- Enter 1 to repeat it every hour
